Upon enrollment in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from course content

5. Payments and Refunds

Pricing

Course prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees associated with your course enrollments.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most courses. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, are owned by Growthwave Academy or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the services will be corrected
• Course completion will guarantee employment or specific outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthwave Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
